In the last few days, we’ve released a couple of new and updated features in HeyForm that allows you to create forms for surveys, invitations, orders, etc. more easily and with more control. Among other things, the following improvements have seen the light of day:
Improved control over email confirmations
If you send email confirmations to your form respondents, you can include a message in the confirmation and include the respondent’s answers.
What’s new is that you can now format text, include links and add images to your email confirmations in the same way as you can already do on forms or thank you messages, for example.
From now on, you can also include your own text on the link that the respondent can click to change their answer.
Find the right form faster with filtering
For those who have created many forms in HeyForm, it can sometimes be difficult to find just the form you need to edit or check statistics for.
Now we’ve made it much easier by including a filter function above the list so you can search and filter the list by form name for faster access.
Improved management of seat reservations
Some time ago we introduced a new field; Seat reservation.
Now we have improved the handling of this field making it more logical when editing existing answers as well as when using “max number of seats” together with the field type. We have also made the checking of mandatory fields of the Location type more logical.
